I find ground eggshell to be the easiest way to get my calcium. I don’t like having to drink a ton of milk or eat allot of cheese(esp if I’ve eaten high phosphate). I didn’t know about coffee lowering phosphorous, interesting. Thank you mr Lawrence.

Amazing post, I've read this post at least 3 times n each time I take more nuggets from it,

Quick question, is it possible to go to high on calcium (currently intaking 3g)

& Secondly how do you know if your switching on the glycolytic pathways to much rather than the respiratory pathways (is there some test or symptoms I can look out for?)
